For years we’ve manufactured a broad line of food bases, gravy mixes and flavorings to meet the needs of commercial and institutional foodservice users. We are also the largest private label food base producer in North America.

Our historic private label success has escalated the rapid recognition and growth of our premium food base brand name: Custom® Gold Label™, now available in 15 flavors with no added MSG. Gold Label™ premium-quality, Meat First™ products are "THE GOLD STANDARD" in the food base category. The entire line of Gold Label™ Food Bases have been recognized by two "Seal of Approval" awards from both the American Culinary Federation and the Canadian Federation of Chefs and Cooks.
