Pomegranate Crab Parfait with
Pomegranate Salsa

Serves 1

Ingredients:
1 cup Jumbo Lump Crab
2 tbls. Red Bell Pepper (small dice)
2 tbls. Cilantro (chopped)
2 tbls. Red onion (small dice)
1 tspn. Pomegranate Seeds
1 oz. Pomegranate Liqueur

Procedure:
Mix and Serve in shot glass.
